Hello, my name is Hannah Mago, and I am a Master of Science in the Built Environment (Property Valuation and Economics) (H22-ENG-CMA-020) student at Nelson Mandela University. I am researching the impact of technology adoption on property valuation in the residential property market in South Africa, in Gqerbeha, under Dr B. Chigara. The General Assistant Manager of SAIV has approved me to approach the SACPVP members who are property valuers in Gqeberha for my research.
SAIV members who are property valuers practising in Gqeberha are invited to participate in my survey, which will take approximately 20 minutes to complete the questionnaire. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions. Your survey responses will be strictly confidential, and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
